Welcome to the community
There is no access to individual billing account on this public forum, so you will need to call EE C/S on 150 to request a change of billing date.
Whilst you can't change your actual payment date, you can change your monthly bill cycle date, from which your payment date is determined.

Call EE to change your billing date to about 21st of month & your payment date will follow in step.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
