Full data not showing after Sim upgrade

I recently upgraded to a 160 Gb sum but my full data is not showing. I have called numerous times and just get told to wait longer. I have already waited for 23 days and think that’s well over the 10 days I keep being told to wait. I have complained by mail also but have had no response. Have been with EE for years and always had a great service but this is really annoying!

How can you have complained by email when EE provides no contact email addy? Or did you mean by written letter?

First thing to do is to check yourself on your Data Allowance, here -

http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status 

It's showing there as 80 or 160gb.

 

Next is to login into your Account and check, your Plan Details again is it showing as 80 or 160gb, if 80 then check your Add-ons and Extras any Additional 80gb there.

 

Ive been inform it can take up to your Monthly Refresh Date before showing, so maybe wait for that Deadline then back on the phone to CS on 150.
