Can you explain a little more about your query? Perhaps the community can help.

 

You've added to a 2 year old thread about transferring PAYG credit, which normally can't be done. I'm not sure if that answers your question.

It depends. If you are transferring credit from one existing sim to another the answer is no.  If you are transferring credit from a lost or stolen sim into a new sim you added to the same account the answer is yes.

In which case you don't do any transferring. The existing credit is part of the replacement along with the no., pack & allowances remaining.
