Where did you yourself get this device itself originally? Did you buy it yourself new direct from EE or from a 3rd-party reseller or is it 2nd-hand? The unlocking process & costs are different. Was it originally on contract or PAYG? How old is it? EE won't unlock contract devices less than 6 months old.

@Oliwia10 A MCK code is to unfreeze the device after a unlock code has been enter wrong 3 times. It even counts down on how many attempts you make when you get it wrong. This forum can not help you with this you’ll have to call customer services about it.

I entered this code wrong, maybe ee send me wrong code Your device IMEI xxxxxxxxxxxxxx has been accepted for unlocking. The unlock code for your device is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. HoPlease send me mck code . Regards Pawel |

This user discussion forum does not send out unlock codes. You need to get back in touch with CS as you did for the original unlock code.
