@splff141 If the device is an unlocked device there is no reason for your EE sim not to work in it. When you put it in the device did it get a signal? Did you try restarting the device?

hi i have factory reset the phone. The phone works with other sims but it is only emergency calls only and has no mobile network even after doing a search. I'm wondering if something has been done to the sim when i put it in the phone when it was blacklisted.

Hi @splff141 ,
Is any SIM able to send messages and receive calls on that phone? (Beyond the emergency calls which you've mentioned.)
Perhaps the reversal of the blacklisting was not as successful as one might have hoped?
My understanding is that a phone which remains locked to a different network would generate a message, notification, or alert to indicate this if an ineligible SIM is used.
Contract SIM: Plan | Data | Usage | Check Status | Abroad | Chat | SMS | APN | PM
Wired: Check Speed | Test Socket | Faults | fast.com | speedtest.net
