Hi,
I've been having this exact issue for months now. The signal stays on but every device gets disconnected and i have to reset the hub. Even a Ethernet connected computer loses internet. My phone which is also on ee doesn't drop at all.

No, but i have tried all the fixes suggested on this forum.

Sounds like the same issue I had. It didn't get resolved until I was sent a new router. The new one has worked perfectly ever since I got it back.
I was told that EE want 3 attempts to repair before a new one is sent.
So frustrating but worth it in the end.
