Purchasing 2 new phones

Hi I am trying to order to new phones for my daughters. They are currently on have pay as you go boost packs with EE so want to keep their numbers. I cant get through to anyone on EE via 150 just get automated message to call back. I dont know what deals are available or how to go about ordering online.

Do you have access to My EE?

 

If yes, you can upgrade this way. 

 

I would also recommend text SWITCH to 150 from the numbers to see if you are eligible for a discount.

 

You can also find all of our latest deals and offers by visiting the EE Online Shop and enter your existing EE pay as you go phone number into the Contact Number field during the checkout and we’ll move your pay as you go phone number to your new pay monthly account. There's no need for you to request a PAC code or worry about porting - we’ll take care of everything for you.
