Hi,
on Ps5 launch day I added 3 ps5’s to plan (Christmas presents for the kids). I received three separate order numbers and three separate confirmation emails. I then received 9 emails which all said “thanks for your order, expect to receive it before 15th December once we’ve checked eligibility.” I then only received one email saying that my order had been processed and only one payment has been taken. I’ve spoken to multiple staff and they’ve all said that if I have received 3 confirmation emails then I should get all 3 ps5’s. Then one person on the fb chat yesterday said that I might only be able to get one. Before he said that there was no indication whatsoever that said I can’t have more than one. Now I’m being told to “wait and see.” Is there anyone that I can contact that actually knows what’s going on?

Someone else on the forum ordered 2 and said they were told by CS it's limited to 1 per customer

@Chloewlsh4 You’ve received separate emails for each PS5 that you’ve orders, That’s all the confirmation you need.

That’s what I thought but that one member of staff said that if only one payment has been taken so far then it’s not looking good

I am in the same boat one confirmation email and two saying subject to eligibility checks. I spoke to digi sales and they advised can only have one open order on acc at the time? Not sure to be honest. I have had confirmation that it’s NOT one per customer and if you are eligible for more than one then you will get it?! So not 100% sure what’s happening
