Order stuck on "Awaiting Confirmation"

Hi there, 

I pre-ordered the Pixel 6 Pro 256 on the 23rd of October and I was expecting the delivery today, the 28th.

Originally I had it delivery on my home address but I had to change it to my work address since it's easier for me to receive it there. They had to cancel my order and reprocess for this to happen. I asked them if they could add a note for the delivery driver in order for them to find the building and they told me that they couldnt but they (ee) would call me the day before in order to resolve this. EE did call me yesterday but hang up as I answered the phone and then I coulnd't reach anyone by calling back. 

Today I'm checking on the link provided by EE and my order is stuck on "Awaiting confirmation". I called customer support but they coulnd't help me and told me to wait two more weeks. I'm afraid there has been a confusion here and I'll be waiting for no reason.

I have been waiting for my order since the 4th October mate, I rang EE yesterday and they told me I had to wait at least another 7 days.

Not good enough was my response, how the hell did EE become the UK's best network 🤣🤣🤣
