Not sure where to leave feedback on staff but I wanted to thank Diamond at the Manchester Arndale EE store for going out of his way to try and help us. We simply needed a letter from EE confirming we had payed our bill, which was a nightmare (we had to call client support multiple times and it was our 4th visit to the store). Diamond was really helpful and called customer service for us and tried to navigate through the many different services we got referred to. Our problem still has not been solved due to EE's ridiculous processes, but Diamond was the only one who actively tried to help and spent time with us. We are grateful for his help and wanted his hard work to be acknowledged.
