Porting Number Waiting since 14/09

I bought a SIM only plan on 14/09 and opted to bring my number from the other network. The promise was to get my number transferred in 24 hours, however after 36 hours I’m still waiting.

It shouldn't take more than a few hours. Have you tried restarting your device?
You will need to speak to EE CS direct about this issue if nothing has changed.
