4G mobile router

Anyone know how to get past this please? Tried everything but still can't get access. Thanks. Using an EE 4G mobile router.

Thanks admin doesn't work.

 

Where's the battery cover (I'm using the square shaped 4G router)? I'm NOT on a mini router. The red network icon/cog stays lit (red).
