Pin not sent for eSim

Hello all,
Through myEE app I chose the option to get the eSim
Everything seems to be OK until the step for the activation, when I have to receive a one time pin that I get an error that can't be sent
Any ideas? I can receive texts and messages with no problem ,I have checked

Hello again,
So it seems there is a known issue with the eSim activation from the app , as I was told from 150.
The agent told me to use the web version of myEE and it worked.
A tip may be that you may have to restart phone twice, as upon activation the data connection plays funny.
