Pandemic and defaulted bill

Randomusername1

Hello,

I wonder if I could get some advice please. Due to the pandemic i defaulted my mobile phone bill and now i have 1054£ in default. Unfortunately for me i was not eligible for furlough or UC. Now my situation is worse than before as with a default i cant rent or get any loan to help me. They sent my account to 2 collection agencies but they failed to help in any way as i have no income that could allow me to pay anything. Thye keep sending it back to EE. I cant pay the full amount as ky situation is completely different from other people. I was literally left in the streets. Now, i meed a solution. What steps could help me get out of this situation?

thanks

danielle

You need to speak to EE direct about this issue.
