So upgraded my phone on Thursday got email to say I would get in on Friday email from dpd with a time when it went past that time I checked with dpd and it said it was being returned to ee went in dpd chat and they told me ee hadn’t put a house number on parcel and they requested it to be sent back no communication from ee about this spoke to somebody at ee (I phoned them) to be told yes it was on it way back to ee but I would have to wait until phone was returned before I could get it delivered again he told me it should be back Monday/Tuesday spoke to somebody yesterday (Monday) and they said I will get a text from ee to say they have the phone now tuesday still no text to say they have the phone keep getting emails and messages about my new contract that started 13th so now paying more for something I haven’t got what is going on ee really feel this isn’t good enough and something you don’t expect from a company as big as ee

The fact EE is so big mistakes can happen.
Have you called EE today? what their latest update?
They can't send another phone until this one is received to them because DPD may have sent it to you and said they returned it so they have to cover their own backs.
