Phone call required to process order?

Hi,

 

I recently ordered a new phone today (upgrading a previous contract) and the whole process was fine - entered a pin to confirm it was me, made the purchase and received a confirmation email etc. However, I've just received an email saying that EE need more details before they can complete my order - Is there any way that I can provide this information online? When I've phoned the number provided I've been asked to not call unless it's something urgent - I'd rather not take up the phone line for more urgent requests or be on hold for ages waiting to be connected. But I can't seem to find anywhere to fill in this information online.

@htys   You’ll need to call and be patient when calling as customer services want to speak with you about this order. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
