I have tried to purchase a SIM only contract online but I received an e-mail asking me for further information before the order can be fully processed.
The e-mail asked me to call customer services and provided the number, but it seems that they aren't allowing any calls to be put through - you can't get past the automated message before getting cut off. I've also tried calling EE on 150 and even despite waiting for considerable periods of time, it never connects to a human adviser as I'm always cut off - I've tried this approach at least 5 times before giving up completely. So despite being asked to call, I simply can't get through to anybody to fulfil the request and has proved to be an absolute waste of time. Because I work full time as an "essential worker", I can't simply "keep trying" until someone eventually picks up - if they pick up!
I would e-mail, but there is no e-mail contact for this kind of issue. The original email I got is a no-reply and didn't provide an e-mail contact I could use. I would write, but since everywhere is in lockdown, this is a waste of time.
So how can I get in touch with anyone from customer services so that I can provide the information that is being asked of me and finalise my order? Otherwise, is there a way to cancel the order?

There's an online chat but all of sudden they cant access account information even though they ask all security questions.
Only option left is to call them which isnt even an option in itself, ive been waiting for an order since Saturday and just going round in circles

@LukeM91 You need to be patient when calling as customer services are extremely busy because of the current situation. They will answer just be patient when calling.
