I want to remove my card but not cancelling my plan I just want to pay monthly by putting some creddit on the app how can I make that happen?

If you have a pay as you go account, you can log in to My EE to remove the payment card. 

 

You can find more details in our How do I set up card payments for pay as you go? Help page.
