Hi @sandie14shears

Thanks for coming here.

Is your watch asking for a PUK code?

Which watch do you have?

Thanks 🙂

Hi i need my puck code i cant unlock my texts i have also ran out of puck code uses

Hi @Caleb6,

Welcome to the community 🙂

You can access your PUK code to unblock your SIM card via your My EE Account.

Go to Menu >Manage device, scroll down to Unblock SIM (PUK code), select Show PUK code.

Once you have your PUK code, enter this into your phone to unblock your SIM.

Please take care when you enter your PUK code into your phone – you'll block your SIM card again if you enter the wrong PUK code ten times in a row.
