I think my phone is faulty

I have had this phone since the beginning of lockdown and all I have had is problems. when I tap the screen button icons they dont work, it runs so slow. It doesnt connect to my internet and it's always on one bar. It's not my internet either as my husband has the same phone and his connects fine. How do I go about getting someone to look at the phone ?

@Amyy2  if your having issues with the device you’ll have to call customer services so the device can be sent of to be looked at.   Have you tried factory re-setting the device? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
