Today i made a PS5 order as i had registered to order. The payment is showing on pending transactions on my account but i have had no email confirmation. Can you confirm if you have the order

I also placed an order for a ps5 this morning I have got an email with an order number but no number on there  I have no text and can’t see anything about my orders on the EE page. 
can someone help.. pulling my hair out lol

This is so frustrating as they have said that without an order number they cant look into. I havent had an order number through however the payment is pending from my bank. Can someone advise what I do?

I recently upgrade my phone and was part of the reason upgrading as was waiting to order the PS5. Now stuck in a 2 year contract
