Today i made a PS5 order as i had registered to order. The payment is showing on pending transactions on my account but i have had no email confirmation. Can you confirm if you have the order

Hi my partners ordered a ps5 when it went live he has a pending payment on his account still but then the website crashed so he hadn't got a confirmation code or anything and not recieved an email is there any way to find out whether he has been successful in getting one as still haven't recieved any information either way to say yes or no?
