Hi
I placed an order online for a PS5 bundle. I haven't received an email with the order details 😞 - doesnt sound promising... - but I can see that ee have taken a £10 payment from my bank account for this. How can I contact ee to confirm the status?

If we've taken payment, it must mean we've received your order. If you would like someone to check your account, I'd recommend contacting our Mobile Care team.

I managed to get through to the team (not the easiest process to be honest).
The payment was taken, but held in the pending area because right in the middle of ordering it looks like EE ran out of stock for the bundle I wanted. How frustrating ! Had I known it hadn't gone through I would have probably ordered another bundle...(although it probably would've been rejected due to the purchase limit and the fact one payment was already processed).
Whilst the team were apologetic....I'm still "playstation-less"...how disappointing 😞
