Hi. I am trying to upgrade my phone thru the app, but every time I click on the upgrade option, it comes up with "page not found". It also does it when I try to look at the ee shop and browse phones. It is the same on the website as it is on the app. Does anyone know why its doing this??

Are you logged into your account when you're doing this?
Can you try a different browser on the website?

Mine does this too. On chrome, Internet explorer and Samsung browser. Really annoying that I can't view anything but get directed to a page not found when trying to upgrade
