Hi keep on getting this response when i txt PAC to 65075 .
Hi from EE. Sorry , due to your account status for xxxxxxxxxxxx we are not able to process your request. Please log into ee.co.uk/myee or call 150 to request your switching information, PAC or STAC. Find out more at ee.co.uk/leavingus Thanks
My account is SIM only paid monthly no issues are shown online my contract ended last month . When I'm online it tells me to txt number 65075. When I phone 150 it tells me to go online .
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @Munstermc74
Welcome to the EE Community,
If you log into MyEE click on account settings on the left hand side then click switching > switch from EE > get your switching code > then your PAC code will be displayed.
Thanks,
David.

Hi Finding this so frustrating!
PAC code will not be recognised
Unable to locate My account to check settings (website is awful)
First day with EE - not impressed
Tried chat on PC but because its a new account it says I have to call Customer Services
I bought a new phone because the speaker has broken on my phone therefore I cannot call Cut Services
Really fed up with this already

Hi @blakemoreke.
Welcome to the community.
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble.
Do you have another phone that you're able to use to give us a call?
Are you able to call from your new phone, even if it is a temporary number for now?
Jon
