ORDER SIM

Hi the other day I order the sim card, but I donNt have on my email any confirmation about that, I put the email correct, but still I don’t have, and I don’t know when is gonna be delivered. Any solution ? Thanks

Have you checked your junk/spam folders? 

 

If it's a contract SIM you can call EE CS and check the status of your order. If PAYG sim it could be upto 7 days before you receive it in the post. 




To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
