Hi All!
Tried getting my PAC code to keep my number and got "An error has occured" Text PAC to 65075 and get no reply.
Can I have my PAC Code please??

Welcome to the community.
If you're unable to get your PAC by text, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can give it to you over the phone.

Called them last night and got told I’ll have it by Tuesday as they couldn’t get a PAC code for my number.
Unsure if they do actually have problems or they are stalling giving me my PAC code. 😞

Well after speaking to someone from EE on Friday who said I would have it by Monday at the latest.
Still no PAC number 😞

I'm sorry you still haven't received this.
Did the customer care team let you know why they couldn't give you the code over the phone there and then when you rang?
Are you out of contract already? Or was there some time left on your account that may have caused charges if it was given last week?
Have you tried to gain the code via the steps in My EE today?
