Ordered the wrong colour phone

Hi there

I have just placed an order and selected one colour but the wrong colour has actually been ordered - I just need to change the colour but customer services is closed - what can I do?

Hi @GC2021 

I'd recommend calling C/S first thing in the morning, to see if the order can be cancelled before the item is despatched.

If not, then you'll need to wait for delivery and return it under the 14day cancellation policy.
