Ordered Upgrade S20 Wednesday no updates

I ordered a Samsung S20 for my upgrade but it says out of stock now but when I ordered it, it said now in stock order for next day delivery, I ordered Wednesday but my tracking info just says your back order is confirmed, is there anyway to find out what's happening without ringing EE?

If you're unable to track your order online, the best way to get an update would be to contact our Customer Care team.

I want to avoid calling as much as possible as I have severe anxiety when talking on the phone, is there no other way for me to get an answer without calling?

Sorry @Yuzu95, If the online order tracker isn't tracking your order, calling is the only other way to get an update.
