Hi all,
I received a free HP Chromebook 14 when I purchased my Pixel 4 XL in October last year. I have only just taken it out of its box for the first time, and discovered that the power adapter is faulty and does not work.
I have tried contacting HP for a replacement (It is still under warranty) but they told me I'd have to take it up with the 'place of purchase', i.e. EE.
Does anyone know the best way to get this issue addressed? I've scoured EE's site for any info about contacting them but nothing in their topics seems related to this issue and I can't seem to find a customer support email address to contact them with about it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
