Phone upgrade

Hi. I ordered my phone upgrade online last week Thursday and when I ordered the phone it said its in stock. Then later on I received email with upgrade details and it said there that the phone is not in stock and will be despatched in 7 days and that I will receive an email with update. This is not what it said on the website when I originally submitted the order. Also I have not received any updates on the order as of yet and when I look for the phone on ee website it says that phone is in stock. also, when I log in to my account there's no indication that I have done the upgrade and the message still comes up that I'm due for an upgrade.

You can follow your order via EE order tracking.

 

Until you have upgraded (receive your device) then your plan won't change.

 

If you want to know about stock then you are best speaking with EE CS on 150.
