- Recieved a faulty pixel 5, had a right ball ache to get it sorted. Finally Was told to return phone in box with all the accessories, charger ect. And they would replace with new. So I did all this to receive a phone in a flimsy paper like packet, not the original box it should come in, no charger or anything. What the hell am I meant to do with this. This is an absolute **bleep** take. This has happened about 5 days over the cooling off period by no fault of my own. If I could I'd cancel it. The Google pixel 5 is useless. Don't bother. They also still haven't sent me my free earphones and don't reply to my emails.

@Tucker3 Call customer services about this don’t bother with emails as you are assuming the recipient is working on the day you send it.
