Problem with online order

Hi there ive just made an account and I'm trying to purchase the oppo phone that comes with a Nintendo switch however when it gets to putting my address in i put it in and press next and it just keeps redirecting me back to putting my address back in so I cannot go any further to make the purchase could you help
