I've upgraded 2 ee phones. 1 has been delivered after the dpd delivery driver knocked on several doors to all of they recognised the name as there was no house number on the package for some reason. Now I'm concerned the other phone won't have my full address on it either and the next delivery driver won't be as conscientious. Both emails confirming the orders show my full address so why wasn't it on the package?

I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check your order and make sure everything has been sent over to DPD correctly.
