I ordered a phone yesterday lunchtime for my had an email to say on its way but no order number. When I look on the website none of it makes sense. I got one email to say Thankyou for taking out sim only plan which I didn’t I ordered phone and plan. The man on the phone said website playing up ignore it as it says on his screen what I ordered. I was promised delivery today especially as I paid £7 for delivery but still no phone now all I can think I said there has been one big mess up can’t get through on the phone and I’d like to know where it is as my son keeps asking when it’s going to be here as he well and me as we were under the illusion it was going to be here especially as we were promised.

I understand that but that doesn’t tell me how long I’m going to be waiting for it. I’d of thought that ee would be able to say where it is, if it’s been sent and if DPD have received it. I could be waiting weeks.
