I ordered a phone yesterday lunchtime for my had an email to say on its way but no order number. When I look on the website none of it makes sense. I got one email to say Thankyou for taking out sim only plan which I didn’t I ordered phone and plan. The man on the phone said website playing up ignore it as it says on his screen what I ordered. I  was promised delivery today especially as I paid £7 for delivery but still no phone now all I can think I said there has been one big mess up can’t get through on the phone and I’d like to know where it is as my son keeps asking when it’s going to be here as he well and me as we were  under the illusion it was going to be here especially as we were promised.

Have you received any updates on your order?

 

You should get a text message from DPD with your tracking details once your delivery slot has been confirmed.

No I’ve still got no update on my order, spoke to customers service last night which she explained the confusion over my emails and even reimbursed me my delivery which was appreciated. She couldn’t get any order number up she tried to look at DPD to see where the phone was but no luck so then was told wait for a message from them and look on the app which I’ve done and there’s nothing on there. Which still leaves me annoyed at the fact still have no phone so I hope my contract doesn’t start yet considering I haven’t got it yet and no one seems to know when I will

Your new contract won't start until your phone is dispatched to you.

Well when I go on my sons account it says his current phone was last used on the new plan so it’s all about confusing

If the new plan is showing in My EE, it means your phone has been dispatched.

 

You'll get a text from DPD with tracking details as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.

I keep hearing this message it’s just frustrating that I was told I’d receive it on a certain day to be sat waiting.

i was going to cancel and go with another network on the phone as it was cheaper and ee offered me a deal which still wasn’t cheaper than the other network but I stayed as in previous years I’ve never had any issues now I’m starting to question that as I feel I’m just hanging around and no one seems to know a lot and the same message I get is wait for a message from dpd. I understand these are difficult times as everyone is going through it but I feel I’m being fobbed off a little that may not be the case but that’s how I feel

That’s all good and well but when will that be as it still doesn’t show anything on DPD. If it’s been dispatched like said earlier then I would of had some communication. I can’t track it in anyway as I do t even have an order number but you e taken my money but fail to be quick enough to dispatch my sons phone

You'll receive your tracking number by text message from DPD once they are able to confirm a delivery slot for you.
