Cannot Log In

I upgraded online on Monday (27/04/20) but I was unable to log in beforehand because of an error message saying "Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later."
I received an order confirmation email but also an email asking to phone to complete my order. I have attempted to phone but with the current coronavirus situation I've not even been able to get through onto a queue. I'm still unable to log into my account and haven't been able to talk though the web chat as the option doesn't seem to be anywhere on the website.
Is there any way I can finalise my order online though the web chat?
