I am trying to get some Nintendo Switch Joy Cons, added to my account as part of the buy now pay later plans, I have live chat with Mia earlier but although she said that I have been accepted I need to ring 150.
After doing so, they are only accepting calls for the vulnerable, so I was wondering if there was any other way to get these ordered.

We are prioritising calls from our vulnerable customers but it's still OK to call if you've been asked to in order to complete your purchase.

Thank you for the reply James, I have attempted to ring them but can't seem to get through to the right department, I tried add-ons but they only come up with BT Sport, games passes, amazon prime, apple music, nothing about the add to plan options I need.
