Standard upgrade not completing. iPhone App, Mac Safari.
Trying to complete a standard upgrade from iPhone 11 to iPhone 13 256gig Sierra Blue, all-in plan, 3 smart benefits, full AppleCare insurance.
The basket gets hung up at the very final click despite being an EE customer since the new brand launched. Tried 2x via MacBook and 2x via App to iPhone Safari.
Followed the IMS Markit follow up email to complete the basket. Didn’t work on Mac Safari or iPhone Safari.
Have now called into call centre to complete transaction. Call wasn’t answered.
Not great form to be honest.
