Hi, I've put in a claim for the galaxy buds last week and they said my "invoice date" was missing when I sent them the information needed along with a full picture of the invoice given. Can someone please tell me what or where I can find it? I showed them a picture of the WHOLE invoice.

Is the order date not have an order date on your delivery note, @Tee193?
If not, our Mobile Care team will be able to send you a proof of purchase you can use, if you get in contact with them.

No it just shows the dispatch date. No other dates on there.
