I have placed an order for a new phone last night and when i was on the phone this morning, they told me that it did not go through, and now i have done the order over the phone this morning, how do i track it on my account.

DPD will be in touch about the delivery when it's ready to dispatch.

I ordered Samsung Galaxy S21 ultra because that is a nice phone. But i got told this morning that when i did the upgrade and paid the fee for it last night, i got an email telling that it was on order, but this morning i phone EE about it and they told me that it did not go through, so i did it with them this morning over the phone.

Glad you managed to get the order through again. You'll hear from DPD on or after the release date when the phone is on its way. 🙂
