My family have just had a new ee wifi router and the 4gee wifi mini came with it and they gave it to me because they have no need for it and I've tried to set it up but the signal button is staying red and I want to top up but can't do it by online and would have to do it by top up from pay as you go from a shop if it is possible I just need a little help to set it up and figure out what the issue is, thank you
