I placed an order for a phone last night, it says there was an upfront cost for the phone but nothing has been taken from my bank, I got an order confirmation so I just want to make sure it’s actually gone through

If the tracker doesnt give you the information you require ring freephone 0800 317 720 and a customer service advisor will be able to check the status of your order.

@dylangunn OK if you call the 0800 number a CSA will be able to give you a update.
