Hi I placed an order on Wednesday the 29th of April for a Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 Aluminium 44mm and received an email with an order number but have no communication since. When I put the order number in the order tracker it give no further information inferring its not on the system yet
Is there a backlog?
Any update or information would be much appreciated

If the tracker doesnt give you the information you require ring freephone 0800 317 720 and a customer service advisor will be able to check the status of your order.
