Good Morning,
I ordered a laptop - tracking number : xhoxxxxxxxxx
Samsung galaxy book = 256GB mystic silver
This was ordered last Thursday 7th and it says its confirmed but when i tracked my order its saying sorry have no information.
This has happened before when i ordered an add on for an Xbox and kept tracking it and nothing came through to say when they were delivering it - then it turned up with no warning lucky i was in as when i still track it its saying they have no information.
please can you tell me where the laptop is as when i ordered it - it said in stock.

You will need to speak to EE CS on 150 about your order if the tracker isn't working.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
