Order tracking

I ordered an upgrade on 28 Feb. I've had an email acknowledgement of the order, but I am unable to track the order.

 

When I enter the order number on the website page it gives an error saying that it can't provide the information.

 

I have had no text messages either.

 

How do I find out what is happening?

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

 

You'll receive a text message from DPD with tracking details the day before your phone is due to be delivered.

 

DPD send out delivery confirmation texts up to 8pm.

You should be able to track your order with EE once it has been processed.

The email said "Your order’s on its way". It's not clear, given the absence of information, what that means.

 

The other puzzle is that when I login to EE I'm told that I'm eligible for an upgrade, which suggests the upgrade transaction hasn't been accepted

If you're worried about your order, I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team.

 

They have access to your account and will be able to check it for you.
