Please beware that after having a brand new phone delivered by Enjoy when my wife opened it up the phone turns out to be pre used with a password and no battery charge i feel that this outsourcing company are trying to offer you a new phone but unless you check the box that was not sealed and the inspect the phone you may not be aware that this is not a new phone after a 45 minute conversation with EE they agreed to replace for a brand new phone delivered directly from EE
