Order tracking

Hi all ! I ordered a galaxy s21 with free chromebook promotion ! I got an e mail confirming my order , I checked next day & my order briefly appeared on my ee app , then disappeared next time I checked & I can't check my order on tracker ! I paid my £50 upfront fee , can anyone give me a clue as to what may be happening ?

If order tracking isn't working then you need to call EE CS on 150.
