Hi
I placed an order for Airpod pros as an add on to my account several days ago and when I try and track my order I just receive the message
Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.
Don't worry, we'll keep you updated on the progress of your order by text or email. Keep an eye out for these updates from EE or from our courier DPD.
I used the chat line to talk to someone who advised me to speak to the sales team but gave me an incorrect phone number.

@Charley33 Just call customer services on 150. If you not sure what options to choose from just press a number that isn’t an option and you’ll be put through to customer services.
