Placed an order on Weds 28th April, says item is in stock but no info on order page?

Hi @Hannahds90,

 

It is only the iPad Pro 11-inch 5G and iPad Pro 11-inch 5G that are currently on Pre-order.

 

The iPad 11 pro 11 inch 2020 128gb that you have ordered is currently out of stock.

 

As soon as we receive stock, the orders will be fulfilled on a first come first served basis.

Did you place your order on the EE Shop pages?

 

Have you received your order confirmation via email yet?

 

If you can reply to me with the make, model, colour and size variant of the phone you ordered I can check the current estimated dispatch time for you.

@Alex_S Thanks for replying. Yes I placed the order on the ee shop- it was the iPad Pro 11-inch 2020. I don’t think it said it was on pre-order but maybe I’ve got that wrong? I’ve had order confirmation but it says no info online.

The iPad Pro 11-inch 5G is the device on Pre-Order at the moment.

 

Was it either the iPad Pro 11 inch 2020 1TB Space Grey or iPad Pro 11 inch 2020 512GB Silver variants you ordered?

 

These are both in stock to dispatch so should be with you soon.

 

If you haven't yet received your email confirmation, and you don't receive it after the bank holiday weekend, I would recommend contacting our Customer Care Team to check the status if your order.

@James_B I’ve tried this with the online chat and they said they couldn’t check as it’s a tablet I’m waiting for?!
